Inission welcomes Hendrik Hasewinkel as new Managing Director of Inission Syd
Hendrik Hasewinkel takes over the helm of Inission Syd, which includes the manufacturing units in both Malmö and Borås, which are some of Sweden’s most modern EMS manufacturing units. Hendrik will lead the continued efforts and work to further strengthen Inission’s position on the market and create even more added value for Inission’s customers.
What an impressive development!
– This feels incredibly fun! I have followed Inission’s development from a distance ever since Inission was founded in Munkfors and have always been impressed by the development in to be a Swedish and global leading EMS manufacturer that offers the market extremely competitive, highly efficient, and sustainable nearshoring.
Focus on creating maximum added value.
– I have extensive international experience in technology, finance, and leadership from a variety of different industries and types of companies. With my experience, I hope to bring new knowledge and perspectives to develop our working methods so that we get even closer to our customers, increase our efficiency and create maximum added value. This will of course include challenging ourselves to maximize the organization and strengthening and developing the potential of all team members.
Impressed by the committed staff.
– My first impression of Inission is that I was struck by the knowledgeable and committed staff. There is a desire to learn and develop new technology that I want to take advantage of and continue to develop. The factories in Malmö and Borås are also state of the art with impressive machinery and proximity to customers in south of Sweden and the hot Öresund region which is extra important today when nearshoring is a requirement from more customers.
We aim to build long term partnerships.
– I see great opportunities within Inission, which has grown strongly in recent years despite financial crises, the pandemic and now global uncertainty around customs and tariffs. My vision is to continue developing Inission Syd into a long-term partner that is constantly developing together with our customers. We often talk about EMS Excellence and one of the most important parts of this is the proximity to customers and always creating added value that strengthens our partners. It will be an exciting journey!
