Inission has become a new member of the Swedish Security and Defence Industry Association (SOFF). The membership strengthens the company’s position within the security and defence sector and creates new opportunities for collaboration, knowledge exchange and long-term growth.

The paramount goal of SOFF is to ensure that security and defence enterprises in Sweden are afforded the most favourable conditions for growth and success. Fundamentally, this involves two main strategies: a sustained commitment to addressing market accessibility and trading terms, and engagement with prospective promotional procedures and initiatives. SOFF currently has about 350 member companies that have operations in areas such as societal security, cyber technology and defence.
Great focus on national and international collaboration.
Collaboration with relevant authorities, organisations and the business community is an important part of SOFF. Market issues are therefore communicated and discussed through regular contacts with the Government Offices and the Swedish Parliament as well as relevant authorities such as the Swedish Armed Forces, the Swedish Fortifications Agency, the Swedish Defence Materiel Administration (FMV), FOI, ISP, and Business Sweden.
SOFF also have a strategic collaboration with Teknikföretagen (Technology Industries of Sweden) in areas such as cyber defence, societal security and defence. SOFF furthermore collaborates with similar organizations in other countries and is a member of the AeroSpace and Defence Association in Europe (ASD), of the NATO Industrial Advisory Group (NIAG) and has a number of cooperation agreements with associations in other countries.
