Values - What we believe in

Our values, the foundation of Inspirit, reflect Inission’s culture and what we together act and stand for. They also guide us to the right and sustainable decisions. Values are built over a long period of time and come from within the company, from the employees themselves, and have been carved out in training and workshops. Values must come naturally and permeate everything that Inission does and works for.

Flexibility
All our customers are unique and must be treated uniquely. This places high demands on our adaptability. All problems have a solution. We never say no. We always suggest an alternative. By being open, curious and solution-oriented, we come up with a better solution together.

Precision
We want to deliver on time, acknowledge and follow up on information, have an understanding of each other, clearly explain why things are important, pay attention to the details, take personal responsibility, do not give up.

Trust
We are honest, do not promise more than we can keep, base decisions on facts, are critical when we convey information, are proper and act with confidence, keep times and are prepared, admit our mistakes.

Attitude
We want to pay attention to each other, talk to each other and not about, not blame others, listen to each other’s opinions, make sure to keep our environment clean and tidy, be involved in improvement work by reporting deviations and work with systematic problem solving.
