Inspirit is Inission’s own operating system based on LEAN and the company’s values. Recently, Inission’s LEAN manager Stefan Larsson visited Västerås to give Inission Innovate’s developers a basic course in Inspirit for one day.
– It was a day of good discussions where we went through values, flows and principles that should be used to take on the industry’s challenges and our own goals and visions. The purpose of Inspirit is to simplify and improve the way we work, maximize customer benefits and create a corporate culture where everyone is committed and wants to be involved, says Stefan.
We have defined five principles that guide us in how to organize our business and our working methods. These principles form the core of Inspirit, and rest on the values that we have formed together within Inission. The values reflect Inission’s culture and what we collectively stand for and act on.
In order to succeed in this, we need to make full use of the competence, experience and drive of our employees. Every individual within Inission is a key player in our development journey and the change required for a flow-oriented business.
