Inission in the Nordic region.
In February 2020, Inission acquired HY-Tech Comp Oy with companies in Lohja, Finland and Lagedi, Estonia. Following the acquisition, Inission has investigated how the operations in these countries will be organized for the future.
In the newly decided organization, HY-Tech Oy in Lohja will form its own company called Inission Lohja Oy and report directly to the parent company. Inission Lohja will be led by Pekka Väyrynen.
In Estonia, HY-Tech OU in Lagedi and Inission Tallinn will be merged organizationally into one company under one management. The Estonian company will also report directly to the Parent Company. The merged Estonian company Inission Tallinn OÜ will be led by Rafet Peksen.
