On April 20, Inission Involve had a more than successful premiere. About a hundred committed and creative participants came to the conference in Nacka strand, and inspiring talks were held on stage. The speakers shared their experiences on how inclusion, collaborations, efficient flows and sustainable production laid the foundation for better business.
The participants were highly involved. By using a phone and the web-based tool Vocean, the roundtable discussions could be stored and compiled into an AI-generated report.
– It has been a fantastic day where we discussed inclusion, equality, diversity and sustainability. Everyone has been active in listening in, contributed their experiences and the best ideas for how to improve our industry, says Fredric Grahn, Head of Sales Inission AB and project manager for Involve.
The purpose of Involve is to provide a unique opportunity to change and improve our industry with its involving approach.
