Inission Tallinn shows the way as the EMS and MEC leader in the Baltics
With 15 years of operation on the Estonian market, Inission now shows the way in how to provide leading end-to-end electromechanics manufacturing. But what is the key to this success? We met Sales Manager Allan Saariste for a short interview to learn more about Inission in Tallinn.
Many of your customers have been customers for a long time, what is the key to success?
– That´s true and I think our customers choose us because of our reliable services and ability to adapt to their specific needs. Our goal is also to always build important and strong, long-term personal relationships.
Effective contract manufacturing requires a high level of competence, what can you tell us about your staff?
– We are immensely proud of our team, and they bring a wealth of experience in electronics manufacturing, with skills ranging from engineering and design to production and quality assurance. Our team is adept at handling complex and customized projects, providing innovative solutions, and maintaining highest production standards. We are also proud of our supportive workplace culture that is encouraging continuous learning and development of all our staff.
What do you think are the main strengths at the Tallinn unit?
– I´m glad to say that our unit is known for our flexible approach, customer-centric solutions, and ability to manage complex projects with fast turnaround times. This includes our extraordinarily strong engineering support, high-quality manufacturing, and a wide range of services under one roof. We also offer a unique and personal approach to meet specific customer needs, supported by our dedicated and skilled teams and our modern equipment.
Do you focus on any special segment?
– In Tallinn, we primarily serve clients in the Baltic and Nordic countries and our customers come from various segments, including industrial automation, telecommunications, medical devices, and products within electrification.
What differs Inission from your competitors in Estonia?
– Unlike several of our competitors, we can manage the entire product lifecycle under one roof, which simplifies the process for our clients and reduces time-to-market. I also think that our focus on continuous improvement and innovative technologies is another reason for keeping us at the forefront of the industry.
What are your next steps for Inission Tallin?
– We recently invested heavily into our MEC capabilities e.g. a new combi-laser, a robot bending cell and a bending machine with automatic tool exchanger. These investments increased our capacity significantly. Now, our main goal is to continue expanding our capabilities and strengthening our position as a leading EMS and MEC provider. For example, recently, we proudly announced new investment plans focusing on automation, digitalisation, and improved efficiency.
